Investment Consulting Associates (ICA) is a global management advisory firm based in Amsterdam and Boston specializing in corporate location advisory, supply chain management, market entry, incentives advisory, free zone development, economic development strategies, investment promotion strategies, FDI advisory and training & seminars. ICA offers customized, effective solutions matching its clients’ needs through a combination of analytical industry expertise and stakeholder management. ICA’s global team of multi- disciplinary professionals has worked on numerous projects across all continents, either on behalf of its growing portfolio of corporate clients or as strategic advisor to governmental organizations. ICA is also the founder of two successful software products: LocationSelector.com and ICAincentives.com (now known as IncentivesMonitor.com). It is ICA’s mission to provide customized, effective solutions to its clients’ needs through a combination of consulting and state of the art software tools and databases. ICA works towards practical, actionable plans that provide real and sustainable results.

In addition, many of ICA’s experts and staff have presented and lectured at leading universities such as Harvard Business School, Columbia University, Texas A&M, Erasmus University Rotterdam, St. Gallen University and Nijenrode University. 2007 – ICA opened its doors in Amsterdam
2008 – CWS starts operations in Boston. Start of Software Development of LocationSelector.com
2009 – Launch of LocationSelector 1.0 at Nijenrode University, The Netherlands
2010 – ICA delivers 10 month training and advisory project in Iraq for US State Department
2011 – Start of first global incentives deal database: ICAincentives.com
2012 – ICA partners with Economist Intelligence Unit for LocationSelector. NYT features ICAincentives database in three front page articles on corporate incentives
2013 – ICA merges with CWS to form Trans-Atlantic Location Strategy & Site Selection Advisory firm
2014 – ICA spins off its software products and sells the intellectual property of LocationSelector and ICAincentives (now named IncentivesMonitorcom)
2015 – Launch of ICA’s global Free Zone Advisory practice
