Investment Consulting Associates – ICA, founded in 2007, is a spinoff company of Ernst & Young and located in Amsterdam. ICA is facing rapid growth in terms of international challenging and high exposure projects for both multinationals and governments. To facilitate our rapid growth and global expansion, ICA is recruiting top talented, entrepreneurial and independent advisors in the following fields of expertise:

• Inward and outward FDI advisory;
• Corporate relocation and site selection;
• Supply chain management and global sourcing;
• Software development in FDI advisory (LocationSelector).

Although the above fields of expertise are a necessary requirement we are above all looking for talent that has the drive to exceed and shape their own career within a growing global advisory firm. This drive is characterized by strong personal and organizational skills, international mindset, flexibility, multi-tasking, leveraging on international experience, in combination with enthusiasm and a strong charisma.

The candidate must have 3 – 5 years of work experience, preferably within a global advisory firm. ICA offers a unique opportunity to instantly join and work on cross border investment advisory projects. Your remuneration package will be conform market conditions and frequent traveling is required. At first, you will be based in Amsterdam, but working at one of our offices abroad at a later stage is supported and encouraged.
